We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented
**DMCA & Copyright Specialist**
to join our team and support our efforts in digital content protection, copyright management, and online intellectual property enforcement.
The ideal candidate must have
**proven, hands-on experience handling DMCA and copyright-related matters**
and a practical understanding of the processes involved in protecting digital content and managing copyright infringements across online platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing copyright-related cases, managing documentation, coordinating enforcement actions, conducting research, and following up on cases through the relevant platforms and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and manage DMCA notices and copyright infringement cases.
- Handle copyright-related matters across various digital platforms.
- Research potential copyright violations and gather relevant supporting evidence.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize accurate case documentation and records.
- Coordinate and follow up on copyright enforcement actions.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely handling of ongoing matters.
- Stay informed about relevant copyright procedures, platform policies, and digital rights protection practices.
Requirements
- Proven practical experience in DMCA and copyright-related work is
**mandatory**

- Previous hands-on experience managing real copyright infringement or digital content protection cases.
- Good understanding of major digital platforms and their copyright reporting procedures.
- Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines.
- Very good written English and professional communication skills.
- Bachelor/Masters Diploma in related field.
