**Senior Finance Manager**

**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled
**Senior Finance Manager**
to manage and monitor the company’s financial operations, ensuring stability, compliance, and strategic support for leadership decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, banking transactions, and investments.
- Prepare, review, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to optimize costs and revenue.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for informed business decisions.
- Manage and maintain the company’s inventory, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial/accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
