Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

At ASTech we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to customize, maintain, integrate and further develop our client's CRM environment, from troubleshooting and performance optimization to seamless integration with other business systems.

**You will be responsible:**

• Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 according to business requirements.

• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript customizations, and business rules.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and maintain SSIS packages using KingswaySoft to resolve data-related issues.

• Support CRM integrations with legacy and modern systems through APIs or batch jobs.

• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve performance issues, and maintain existing applications and code developed by other teams.

• Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Manage competing priorities, provide realistic task estimates, and communicate progress, risks, and issues across project workstreams.

**Qualifications and skills you will need:**

• Strong commercial development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, including configuration, customization, plugin development, custom workflows, JavaScript, and business rules.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong SQL and T-SQL skills, including practical experience with SQL Server.

• Hands-on experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft for data integration and troubleshooting.

• Experience maintaining, debugging, and extending existing enterprise CRM solutions.

• Understanding of clean coding practices, code reviews, and application performance optimization.

• Ability to work independently, estimate tasks accurately, and communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

**Additional skills that you may have:**

• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with legacy and modern systems using REST APIs or batch processes.

• Familiarity with Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and tools such as NUnit, Moq, and Postman.

• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS.

• Previous involvement in complex CRM/ERP environments, including legacy system modernization and maintenance.

**The ideal candidate should demonstrate:**

• Approximately 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including substantial hands-on work with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Microsoft technologies.

• A strong C#/.NET and SQL engineering background, combining CRM customization with broader enterprise application development experience.

• Proven ability to work with existing and legacy systems, independently developing modifications, resolving bugs, refactoring code, and addressing performance issues.

• Practical experience with unit and integration testing, code reviews, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration, rather than focusing exclusively on CRM configuration.

• Exposure to Power Platform, API testing, Azure DevOps/TFS, and other Microsoft enterprise technologies would be particularly valuable.
